Delivery
At Kress Cosmetic, we aim to deliver your products safely and promptly. All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped. Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, but our team always strives to ensure timely delivery.
Returns
We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. Please note that opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
