Order Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), Kress Cosmetic will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
