Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders from metro cities may reach sooner, while remote or rural areas might take slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress in real-time.
We currently deliver across India. However, certain pin codes may be outside our delivery network. In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate solution. Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly, as Kress Cosmetic will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or contact information.
