Exchange and Refund Policy (Online Shop)

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products unless they were received in damaged condition. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
